SEO Specialist  

We are looking for a talented individual with experience growing organic traffic through SEO programs. You will own the development and maintenance of our site layout and content while monitoring and evaluating search results and website performance across the major search engines. You will assist with preparing dashboards and reporting as well as develop and implement new ideas to improve performance. You will also be responsible for both the front-end and back-end development of our WordPress themes and plugins.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage website content uploads and edit, site layout changes and improvements, and troubleshooting site issues
• Conduct keyword research, perform competitive analysis, technical site audits, and leverage SEO best practices extensively to create insights and data driven recommendations
• Provide recommendations for improvement of the site (eg site architecture, URL structures, on-page ranking factors, image/video optimization, page load times and performance, etc.) and oversee the implementation of those recommendations.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on overall site performance (search rankings, impressions, clicks, and conversions)

• Experience with driving organic growth through SEO programs for medium to large businesses
• At least 1+ years of experience creating, designing, and maintaining websites using Wordpress, Wordpress plugins, and bonus points for experience with WP Engine
• Familiarity with and experience using SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, SEM Rush, Moz, Ahrefs, etc.
• A functional understanding of web design languages including HTML. Proficiency with PHP, CSS, Javascript is highly preferred
• Willingness to work night-shifts
• Fluent in English
