If you love digging into a new brand and creating visual assets, we'd love to talk to you! This is an internal facing role and you’d be responsible for all design work pertaining to our client’s personal brand. Designers should have experience with storytelling, creating assets from scratch, and taking existing assets / aesthetics and appealing them to new mediums.

We're looking for a talented, eager senior graphic designer who specializes in digital design. Key responsibilities include designing social media posts for our various platforms and supporting our internal paid media efforts. We're seeking a driven, detail-oriented, intuitive-thinking individual to handle high volume design production. You should be quick on your feet, great at communicating, and have a keen eye for design.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Interpret ad campaigns by creating high quality digital ads in a creative and innovative manner
• Create social media ads from scratch and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Coordinate with multiple departments and produce output in tight deadlines
• Create versatile message digital ads that relay the appropriate message in conjunction with the campaign presented
• Use your high level of creativity to constantly innovate
• Successfully communicate with internal team members
• Be comfortable working with multiple team members and tight deadlines

Work Schedule: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (1:00 AM - 10:00 AM PHT)

Qualifications:

Personal Attributes:

• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Strategic thinking, prioritization skills, troubleshooting and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven effective time management skills
• Sharp eye and attention to detail

Practical Experience:

• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer (required minimum of 4 years experience)
• Required experience in Digital Marketing/Advertising Agency
• Required experience in Photoshop, Indesign, and Illustrator
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience in building websites on Hubspot or similar platforms
• Perfect English communication skills in both written and oral
• Experience in copywriting and HTML5 is preferred but not required
