Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist/Appointment Setters (voice)
Job Category: Full-time, Work from Home Setup
Work Schedule: 9AM - 6PM Pacific Standard Time (12AM – 9AM Philippine Time)
The Lead Generation Specialist | Appointment Setters are highly motivated remote workers with a technical background in sales and client relations. They are responsible for connecting with a wide range of clients to gauge and promote interest in the services & products of our real-estate client. They are also in charge of developing a good reputation with clients, arranging meetings for their listings with a Solutions team member, and promoting interest in other services including creative projects. Possible upsell! They will also initiate moving each lead through to a Solutions team member and to coordinate meetings between the client and the Solutions member. These people thrive within a fast-paced, often ambiguous, start-up environment.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Cold Call prospects to set sales appointments
- High Volume of calls 75-100 per day
- Maintain follow-up through text and email
- Maintain accurate documentation of activity in CRM
- Serve as the initial point of contact through onboarding and transitioning to a Solutions Specialist
- Build interest in services and products
- Be able to educate and inform on services of our real-estate client
- Resolve basic customer inquiries and objections
- Be responsible with time management and outreach
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience in the industry
- At least 4 years of experience in client-facing roles
- Strong working experience as Appointment Setter with Track Records
- At least 2 years of experience working with CRM Platforms
- Perfect English Communication Skills in both written and oral
- Strong diligence in following up with prospects through text and emails
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Required: Real Estate experience
