Job Description

  • Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate and effective solutions and alternatives
  • Communicate and work effectively with CSR, DEV, and HQ.
  • Manage VOC reports

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or above
  • At least 3 years working experience in the ICT or E-commerce industry
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Advanced knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office

Preference:

  • E-commerce related work experience
  • Korean speaker
