Job Description
- Communicating with the end users to present a positive, collaborative, highly skilled and informative impression of IT Operations.
- Monitor and maintain TradeNet and Pages server environments that include Production, UAT, Manila and UK development servers thru effective DevOps, Systems and Database Administration
- Management, monitoring and tuning of the LAN in each office as well as the global WAN and perimeter security
- Ensure internet connection, Email/VoIP availability and reliability in ShipServ offices
- Support the Active Directory and server infrastructure which includes physical and cloud based services
- Perform installation and configuration of desktop pcs and peripherals
- Provide technical assistance and desktop support to corporate users in Manila and remote users in different global offices.
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably with at least 1 – 3 certifications (Microsoft, Cisco etc)
- Candidate must be confident in speaking English and with good communication skill
- Customer service oriented individual
- Proactive and has initiative
- Willing to work on a midshift schedule
- On call duty
