Job Description
- Handles daily operations of branches
- Liaises with sales supervisors and sales promodizers in terms of sales, competitors report, inventory, marketing implementation and other admin task
- Liaises with purchasing department in terms of stocks allocation, stock rotate, to have a smooth operations
- Liaises with marketing department in terms of promo implementation, analyze on the success of promo, store display, post report, and implementation improvement
- Evaluates branch employees and communicates with them on a regular basis
- Supervises branch audit including stocks, supplies, and store presentation
- Recommends improvements on operations to make it more effective and efficient (e.g price tagging, communication process etc)
- Coordinates with warehouse and delivery schedules to branches
- Builds relationship with each department managers of all branches to handle concerns and implements solutions
- Does store check from time to time
- Creates memos for project and promo implementation
- Coordinates with brand partners on a project basis (e.g mall selling, event, special promo)
- Coordinates with SM head office with regards to new policies to implement and concerns of company
- Reports directly to general manager
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Competence: good communication skills, very organized, can multitask well, Administrative Skills, Coordination Skills, Management Skills, Result Oriented
