Job Description
- Analyzing clients' existing systems including Hardware/Network/Software
- Manage cycle of internal IT Assets
- Designing infrastructure system design including Hardware capacity planning and Hardware/Network/OS/Middleware level security consideration
- Drawing up, documenting System Designs and System configurations
- Test all changes to networks, hardware, software, and deployed applications
- Supporting users on change control and system updates
- Maintain and monitor network, storage, security and computer systems to meet the organization's current and future requirements including performance perspective
- Configure, and verify backups of critical systems and data.
- Performs problem analysis to resolve system issues. Providing solutions within area of responsibility, coordinates implementation of fixes and enhancements. Provides backup for other analysts as required. Responds to critical issues during off hours when necessary.
- Prepare status reviews and reports regarding monitoring result and issue list
- Working closely with colleagues, developers, venders and end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
- Maintain a good working knowledge of current infrastructure and future trends
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree from Informatics Engineering / Informatics Management / Computer Science / Information Technology / Information Systems and Computerized Accounting
- Min. GPA 3.00
- Having knowledge about SQL 2000/2005, 2008
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;

About CARE Technologies
CARE Technologies is the first generation in Indonesia who launced the desktop and web version of an application for th General Insurance.
CARE Technologies was established in February 20th, 2006 and located in Tebet – South of Jakarta. Today we have nearly 80 employees with the position IT Programmer and IT Consultant. In 2010 CARE Technologies became first generation who issued an application for General Insurance in the Enterprise version which is still growing until today.
Mostly 80% Insurance Company in Indonesia using CARE Application, and we have client in Thailand and Philippines. CARE Technologies has a schedule in yearly to making Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at East Indonesia, focus in education and social problems.
