Job Description
- Maintain computer system and networks of an organization, Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues; Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
- Maintain of VoIP system and provide the phone for user
- Maintain the company website and server
- Create and maintain laptop,tablet,telephone,cables, software license inventory; provide recommendation of employee laptop/ hardware of computer to make report related to IT support division
Minimum Qualifications
- At least bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecomunication), Computer Science/ IT
- Minimum 2 years of working relationship in the related field
- Experience in IT system support admnistration and development
- Good understanding of Apple and Unix servers
- Extensive administering Mac OSX client and server, including comand line
- Good understanding of Windows, Linux/Unix command line
- Ability to perform basic administration on 3 layers switches and routers, Microtic
- Good understanding of TCP/IP, SMB, NFS, VLANS, WIFI, VOIP
- Ability to identify troubleshoot problems, to build and configure physical and virtual workstation
- Preferably understanding Amazon Web Service and Cloud Computating
