Job Description
- Providing administration support to Sales Reps, Property Managers and Senior Management.
- Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Provide information by answering questions and requests
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Research and creates presentations
- Generate reports
Minimum Qualifications
- Computer Literate
- Excellent in navigating MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
- Proactive
- Good in both written and oral communication
- Can speak and write in English well
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Work from home (But willing to come in the office one a week of if needed)
- Willing to work on Saturdays
