At Chalkola we are looking for a full time Art Director to manage and grow our team of artists and overall creative aspects in terms of creation of new art content and videos for the company.
The art director should have excellent video creation skills to create Product feature and Art videos for Chalkola.
Key deliverables:
- Comfortable and flexible to work with all form of art materials
- Creative and thoughtful
- Responsible for Managing the Artist team
- Finding and onboarding new Artists
- Creating months Social media calendar and also managing it with Social media manager
- Creating engaging content (image and videos)
- Assigning tasks to the artist team
- Working with the Graphics designer on Marketing Content
- Working on Email Newsletter ideas
In addition to that the person will be responsible for testing and examining Chalkola products and materials for quality and defects. Ensures that products and materials are developed properly to maximize productivity and client satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications
- A full-time Artist in any field
- Expert in using Adobe Photoshop/Premiere etc.
- Excellent Project Management Skills
- Team management skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
