Operations Management Trainee  

As an Operations Management Trainee, you will direct the day-to-day operations and activities at your assigned branch. You will report to your designated Restaurant Manager and assist the team in achieving store business goals, specifically through:

• Implementation and assurance of compliance on food quality, safety and cleanliness of your assigned branch;
• Effective management of day-to-day operations;
• Sales building initiatives and cost management to ensure sales and growth targets are met;
• Workforce management in your assigned store;
• Store administrative duties including but not limited to organizing the store office, preparing reports and securing government permits.

Work Locations: Tacloban, Ormoc, Baybay, Palompon, Naval, Borongan, Calbayog

• Bachelors’ degree (min. 4 year course)
• Willing to undergo hands-on training
• Willing to work in shifting schedule
• Trustworthy, responsible and self-motivated
• Good communication skills, oral and in writing
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office apps like Excel

Preferred (but not required):

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Food and/or Business related course
• 2-5 years managerial experience in service-oriented establishments
