Digital Marketing Officer | Contract Based  

Job Summary:

Digital Marketing Officer will be responsible for producing editorial and content calendars for the CBCI social media and digital channels such as: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Bayad website, etc.

Scope of Work & Responsibilities:

• Work as project lead to ensure that Bayad Website is up and running.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Vendors, IT team for project implementation
• Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
• Prepare content plan and calendar for all Bayad social media channels
• Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
• Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems
• Proofread and edit blog posts before publication
• Coordinate with design teams to illustrate articles
• Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
• Promote content on social media
• Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
• Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
• Update website content as needed
• Manage and run Google and Facebook ad manager

• Bachelor's degree major in Marketing Management, Advertising, or other related course.
• Knowledgeable with marketing and digital marketing concepts
• Experience with a variety of marketing channels
• Must be a team player with an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to be proactive and take initiative
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience setting up campaigns and running ads with Google and Facebook ad managers
• Proficient in Drupal CMS
• Proficient in Marketing Cloud services (Salesforce, Mailchimp, etc.)
• Must be willing to be assigned in Meralco Complex, Ortigas, Pasig City
• Must be willing for a one (1) year contract based (can be extended or be for fulltime)
