Job Description
Responsible for generating offers and new hire kits, ensuring mandatory pre-employment requirements and checks are performed, coordinating with the relevant functions to monitor completion of pre-employment requirements by new hires based on the KRI Tracker submitted by HR Shared Services (HRSS), and updating internal trackers required by the process.
Also responsible for initiating the 201 file preparation and transmitting collected mandatory requirements and hiring documents to HRSS in a timely and complete manner as well as providing support for information needed during self-assessments and audits.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensures compliance and adherence to Citi policies and procedures
- Generates offers and prepares new hire kits
- Ensures mandatory pre-employment requirements and checks are performed in a timely manner
- Coordinates with the relevant functions to monitor completion of pre-employment requirements
- Ensures applicants’ complete and timely submission of pre-employment requirements
- Ensures accurate and timely updating of internal trackers / databases and generates updates or reports as needed
- Initiates 201 file preparation and transmits collected mandatory requirements and hiring documents to HRSS in a timely and complete manner
- Ensures efficient and effective keep warm initiatives and/or engagements with successful applicants and convert them to actual hires
- Promotes positive candidate and employee experience and interactions
- Participates in self assessments and audit preparations as required
- Assists in managing the Request for Personnel (RFPs) and dispositioning of candidates in the Workday/Taleo system
- May be assigned projects or tasks that contribute to personal and professional development and to support achievement of team goals
Minimum Qualifications
- With Workday & Taleo experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field/equivalent required
- With at least 1 year relevant onboarding related experience
- Knows MS Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills, good command of English both written and spoken, and able to communicate with various levels in the organization
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, sales and negotiation skills
