Job Description
Functions & Responsibilities
- Manages assigned sourcing channel/s to (e.g. Applicant Referral Program, Campus activities, etc.) attract talent, generate leads and expand target talent pipeline
- Provides logistical support in executing branding and sourcing strategies
- Conducts pre-screening activities such as phone screening, call to invite or initial interview of candidates
- Assists in external vendor management for managed sourcing channel/s from identification, accreditation and providing performance data for vendor evaluation, and participates in calibration sessions with internal (team & business) and external (vendors) parties
- Manages sourcing trackers and prepares related reports
- May be assigned projects or tasks that contribute to personal & professional development and to support achievement of Sourcing goals
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field/equivalent required, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in Sourcing/Marketing with exposure to and demonstrated competence in all functional areas
- Very good working knowledge of MS Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of Photoshop and related programs/applications is a plus
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills, good command of English both written and spoken
- Solutions-focused, able to sort through information and develop concise and clear solutions quickly
- Detail-oriented with a logical and methodological approach to problem solving
- Able to manage high volume workload, multi-tasking on various vendor & sourcing channel management with a flexible approach
- Willing to work extended hours when needed and flexible to work on weekends and holidays
