Job Description
The Recruitment Officer plays a critical role in ensuring that the organization hires the best possible talent within agreed targets. S/He is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle for the organization, with focus on his/her assigned accounts. S/He ensures the timely hiring, recruitment and on-boarding of talents.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, or Social Science;
- With least 3 years experience in recruitment, talent attraction and acquisition;
- Organized, detail-oriented, and can work under minimum supervision;
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City.
