Job Description
- Serves as the company property custodian
- Supervises operations and maintenance of major facilities and utilities in compound
- Schedules staff and prepares reports on property & facilities status and updates
- Disciplined maintenance of computer records and receipts for all properties
- Coordinates repair, storage, sale and other necessary movements for assets Ensures proper sorting and storage of assets in well-kept facility
- Enforcement of co. regulations and staff discipline, work efficiency
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field. At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Available during peak and night time on occasion as work necessitates
- Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
- Excellent Communication and Commandskills
