Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be providing support to customers of an e-commerce company that manages multiple online stores. The support channels will be either of the following:
- Phone - 10% of the time
- Email - 40% of the time
- Chat - 40% of the time
Some of the common customer concerns include, but not limited to, order status, product information and availability, refunds, or warranty.
We normally don't have operations during weekends and holidays but depending on certain occassions or events, you may be required to work on weekends, including holidays, and at different schedules as needed by the business.
You may also be required to handle back-office tasks to ensure a positive order experience for our customers.

Minimum Qualifications
- Strong communication and soft skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Self-starter and willing to work with little supervision
- Flexible with work schedule
- Knowledgeable with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Typing speed of at least 30 WPM
