HR Manager  

Your responsibilities will include:

Recruitment

• In close coordination with the management team, define and monitor the execution of the recruitment plan aligned with the company’s growth targets
• In charge of the overall recruitment process and associated budget
• Define and manage KPIs allocated to the recruitment team
• Develop sourcing strategies and initiatives to recruit the best talent and position CloudCfo as an employers of choice in our industry
• Participate in interviews with candidates for senior roles or when necessary.
• Manage and monitor the proper execution of the onboarding process.
• Manage succession planning of senior members of the Company.

Compensation and benefits

• Administrate the compensation and benefits of all employees
• Advise and identify opportunities for structuring of competitive packages for employees within budgetary targets for both new hires and existing employees
• Oversee the bi-annual compensation review and ensure that the review process and policies are respected across all teams

Performance and employee engagement

• Define learning and development programs and monitor execution across the company
• Assist team managers with identifying training needs and develop adequate training programs (in-house and through a specialised third party)
• Monitor the execution of recurring employee engagement activities

Administration

• Manage the HR team and as part of the Management Committee report on the team’s Balanced Scorecard status and initiatives
• Report to company shareholders on equal pay and equal opportunities policies
• Lead the strategic orientation and execution of the HR function and alignment with the company’s values and objectives
• Ensure that the HR team achieves its objectives for the end-to-end HR function
• Oversee that employee 201 files are updated promptly

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management Sociology, Psychology, or a related field
• At least 8 years of relevant working experience in HR 3 years of which should be at managerial level
• Advanced knowledge of employment or labor laws
• Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Payroll platforms would be a plus
• Great interpersonal skills and professional attitude
• Sound leadership qualities; mature and responsible
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate effectively to stakeholders
• Can work with minimal supervision in an entrepreneurial environment
