Job Description
- Will be responsible for ensuring the adherence to the guidelines and effectively manage the operations
- Participate in the development and implementation of plan, goals and targets, in line with the client’s objectives
- Manages the implementation of the operations objectives, providing leadership and facilitating work processes in order to achieve high performance standards.
- Directs and manages the implementation of policy administration and ensures proper documentation, policy rules and guidelines, issues, amendment and other all other transactions
- Providing guidance and support, necessary for continuous improvement to subordinates
- Works in close coordination with the Client and its partner to develop business strategy and articulate action plans to drive the focus of business towards its goals.
- Onboard new employees and prepare the relevant tools for a smooth transition
- Training of the new employees (as and when needed)
- Monitor Access to files to ensure there are no red flags or risk of company issues
- Accountable for assessing, implementing and maintaining all business operations
Minimum Qualifications
- 6+ years' experience handling Customer Sevice, Claims and Insurance
- Previous management/leadership experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to multitask, and identify areas of priority.
- Ability to provide feedback in a positive, constructive manner.
- Problem solver.
- Process oriented, but able to think outside of the box to solve issues.
- Trustworthy, and confidential.
- Team player, focused on creating strong team morale.
- Strong leadership skills.
