Sales Compliance Administrator  

The Sales Compliance Administrator ensures that all residential sales made in the field are compliant, complete and error free. He or she is responsible to make certain that the sales consultant made a genuine sale and the customer understands the terms and conditions and is happy to sign-up.

Responsibilities

• Check that all information provided by the sales agent are complete and correct
• Be able to follow the script accurately and ensure all the main points are covered, with the customer confirming with a definite yes or no.
• Ability to answer some customer queries and clarifications.
• Ability to be able to escalate certain customer’s issues or queries to Sellutions’ Sales Verification Team Leader.
• Ability to do data entry in the CRM accurately.
• Minimize call wait interval and maintain ideal call length.
• Take ownership of calls and make proper documentation.
• Demonstrate some flexibility on the roster schedule.
• Able to perform in a team environment.
• Submit all reports required in a timely manner.
• Provides feedback to the sales team as required.
• Performs call backs to customers in the agreed time and date.
• Performs other administrative duties as assigned from time to time.
• Demonstrate a friendly, accommodating, and professional demeanor for internal and external customers.
