Job Description
- Set up the Internal Audit Department and completed its policies and procedures
- Reports directly to the Audit and Risk Committee and Board of Directors
- Prepared the Annual Audit Plan for the year 2016 and 2017 and ensure 100% completion
- Finalizes audit reports for review of the Audit and Risk Committee
- Checks compliance with operating and administrative policies of the company and pertinent regulations issued by the BSP, PDIC, SEC, BIR, and other government regulatory bodies
- Reviews and monitors the AML compliance
- Facilitates and reports during the quarterly meeting
- Trains and manages Internal, IT and Fraud Auditors
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/College in Accountancy/Finance/Banking or any equivalent
- Must be a licensed CPA
- With at least 8 years work experience in related field is required. At least 3 years significant managerial experience of working in a progressive internal audit function, strongly in audit operations
- With experience in internal audit, compliance, risk management
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
