Job Description
- Responsible for ensuring the administrative and procedural requirements are met on a daily basis.
- Taking responsibility and accountability for the cleanliness and organisation of'personal workspace and security of customer machines
- Manage complex and specific administrative functions
- Provide daily workflow reporting
- Management of office equipment
- Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment
- Handling external or internal communication or management systems
- Managing clerical or other administrative staff
- Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings
- Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post
Minimum Qualifications
