Job Description
- Establishes formal partnerships with related companies and organizations for on-the-job training and graduate placements
- Carries out site visits to potential company partners to further understand hiring requirements, job nature and additional onboarding qualifications
- Provides employment assessment to students to determine their suitability for employment based on skills, work experiences, qualifications and preferred career path
- Records, administers and verifies the placement data of CIIT on-the-job trainees and graduates
- Formulates and implements the learning objectives of the institution to the Industry Readiness program
- Conducts campus hiring events such as job fairs and job exposure events
- Conducts mock interview sessions and company visitation programs
- Assists in student on-the-job training requirements during enrollment
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Education, Psychology, Marketing, Business or other related courses
- At least 2 - 3 years of related experience in student formation, career counseling, education or activities related to company partnerships
- General knowledge and enthusiasm with current trends in Traditional and Digital Arts, Multimedia and Game Development and other related fields
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately and with discretion
- Exposure to job preparation and personality development trainings is a distinct advantage
- Strong affinity to customer satisfaction and in addressing the placement needs of the student body, alumni and company partners alike
- Strong relationship-building and business communication skills
- Excellent command of the English Language (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work around new tools and processes is an advantage
- Amenable to work on Saturdays
