- Serve as Collections officer and cashier for SHS and College department.
- Record, update, and reconcile daily collections and coordinate with the finance team with daily updates and reports.
- Monitor, call, and conduct follow ups to parents/guardians of students who are remiss in their payment deadlines.
- Record and handle check and expense disbursements
- Handle cash disbursements and liquidations
- Track and reconcile daily bank statements and transactions
- Ensure proper filing of vouchers and upload related supporting documents
- Prepare the cash flow projection and tuition fee computation of the institution
- Monitor the institutional budget and ensures that expenditures are within set limitations
- Assist in student concerns relating to tuition fees, new and existing finance policies and procedures, penalties, withdrawals, refunds and other similar transactions
- Provide payroll support and assistance to the Human Resources Department
Minimum Qualifications
-
Graduate of BS Accountancy and other related courses

At least 2 - 3 years of experience in the different facets of Accounting and Finance such as but not limited to payables, receivables, disbursements, collections and financial analysis

Familiarity with local government regulatory policies and procedures is an advantage

Strong relationship-building and communication skills

Excellent command of the English Language (both written and verbal)

Familiarity with the use of various Accounting Softwares is an advantage

Ability to work around new technological advancements is an advantage
