A Dining staff may be a Receptionist, Server, Cashier. or a Bartender.
- Responsible for delivering a delightful and memorable dining experience according to established Creative Hotel Concepts, Inc.'s standard of service.
- Correctly executes service according to established Creative Hotel Concepts, Inc.'s sequence of service.
- Acknowledges guest complaints and endorses these to the Chef de Rang.
- When he/she has the chance, contributes to increasing guest check average through cross selling, upselling and suggestive selling of food and beverage items including merchandising items
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 5’7 in height for males and 5’5 for females
- Must be a college graduate
- With engaging interpersonal skills
- Conversant in English, articulate
- An “up” person with a sunny disposition
- Very pleasant, active and confident
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Willing to work in Batangas City
