Job Description

  • Create programs to excite and retain the company's stakeholders
  • Manage the company's loyalty program
    • increase benefits and perks
    • plan member-exclusive benefits and activities
    • plan member communications and promos
    • set up rewards program platform
  • Handle day-to-day communications to respond to member requests and concerns
  • Build more on current CSR program of the company

Minimum Qualifications

  • Self-starter and able to initiate programs from concept to fulfillment
  • Service-oriented, strong empathy skills and a proactive forward thinker
  • Computer and social media savvy
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized and an efficient worker
