Job Description

What is Head of Customer Fund do?

  • Be a leader within the organization, direct the customer fund activities, reviewing and monitoring the efficiency of the operating policies and processes, as well as providing strategic direction
  • Develop a close working relationship with co-workers in the business unit and finance as well as key partners, e.g. financial institutions.
  • Oversee all daily reconciliation covering transaction executed and Nostro account reconciliation to ensure that committed payments are correctly settled while consistently reflecting on the general ledger.
  • Support funds operations functions include remittance, chargeback and customer refund.transaction reconciliation, transaction level recon, record consistent
  • Planning and overseeing the work plan, staffing and budget of the department/teams and ensuring the delivery of quality of outputs in an on-time manner
  • Ensuring that relevant knowledge is captured and shared appropriately within the team, including the development of good practices

Minimum Qualifications

You are welcome to apply, if :

  • Advance degree in finance, economics or related fields; 8 - 10+ years working experiences in financial industry – must have
  • Seasoned manager with strong managerial experience and proven reputation for intellectual leadership and a demonstrated ability to mentor and motivate staff;
  • Familiar with the Internet or e-commerce industry, experienced in payment products, or e-commerce products will be a plus
  • Product management experience with banks/payment organization is preferred
  • Skilled oral and written communication and cross-regional communication experience
  • Demonstrative global acumen, diagnostic intuition, multi-task capabilities under strong pressure and fast-pace environment; have strong senses of accountability
  • Strong drive for results and organizational and implementation skills to ensure that deliver quality products/services on time;
  • Innovative design thinking to bring greater user experience and holistic total solution
