Job Description

Basic Function

Create and review the company’s compensation and benefit programs and activities to support the company’s objectives with regards to internal equity and external market competitiveness and in compliance with company’s policies & pertinent laws and regulations.

Job Description:

  • Ensure and create all aspects of salary and compensation surveys and interpret analysis of survey results
  • Develop recommendation on improvements of employee’s compensation and benefits policy and procedure to ensure the company’s level of competitiveness within the market is maintained.
  • Ensure, perform and supervise activities related to benefits and personnel administration matters to include but not limited to BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan.
  • Scale existing HR operations & services processes for growing and/or changing user needs
  • Provide personal support to DANA employees needing assistance
  • Leverage technical abilities to automate HR tasks
  • Contribute to other HR cross-department project/initiatives not limited to operations and services area.

Minimum Qualifications

Qualification:

  • Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Science, Human Resources Management.
  • Minimum 3 years experience on the same or related position
  • Knowledgeable in Salary Survey
  • Has Experience in Job Analysis and Job Evaluation is an advantage
  • Good communication skill
  • Have a good attitude and can work both together under a team or self-manage
  • Expert in Excel, Income Tax and PPh 21
  • Solid time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • High level of creativity, perseverance and openness to change.
  • Excellent customer service skills. A welcoming and helpful attitude.
  • Genuine excitement and passion for leading root cause analysis, troubleshooting technical process failures, and implementing fixes to operationalize a process.
