Job Description
We are looking for a Content Development Intern under the Customer Service Team to help us on producing high-quality documentation that contributes to DANA FAQ on all platform. You will join a team of talented customer service who work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
What a day to day content development looks like?
- Help to create content for FAQ, and other content initiatives
- Support on article socialization to BPO partner
- Help on project sync up with other division for article requirements
- Support the CS team in daily administrative tasks
Minimum Qualifications
- Current enrollment in any Bachelor/Masters degree or fresh graduates. BSc in English, or Journalism is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, and problem-solving with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.
- Experienced as a Content Writer is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 months period
