Job Description
- Identify the root cause of product and business problems and benchmark with competitors and market to come up with feasible short term and long term solution
- Responsible for analyzing, researching, defining, prototyping, and driving requirement gathering with business unit
- Communicates with stakeholders to understand objectives and actively collaborate with them during the development of a product.
- Track feature releases, follow up bug reports and manage product projects
- Responsible to learn and grow product knowledge and achieving the goals and roadmap process
- Collaborate with engineering teams in product backlog refinement and all scrum events.
- Accountable for each stage of the development process and iteration.
Minimum Qualifications
- Min. Bachelor degree in any majors, preferably from Computer Science/Engineering
- 3+ years of Product Owner experience in any well-known software environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Good to have a solid technical background in SQL query, data analysis, web analytics, and A/B testing
- Have ability to build end-to-end product strategy, including definition of scope, roadmap, and KPIs and understand product development from ideation to release
- Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
- Solid understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Open-minded and able to adapt product development approach to achieve fast and effective outcomes
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Prefer to candidate with B2B and B2C Software experience background
