Admin and Telesales Specialist | Work From Home | Day Shift  

Dash10 Managed Services is looking for enthusiastic, talented, and self-driven individuals to join our team as an Admin and Telesales Specialist. The purpose of your role is to make cold calls, telesales calls, and enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the day to day tasks and hitting call targets as set.
• Keep in depth records of leads and opportunities
• Undertake projects and tasks as identified from time to time

Key Attributes:

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in Telesales roles
• Has knowledge of pets and pet products is an Advantage
• Experience in a VA or customer service role is an Advantage
• Has Intermediate skills in Adobe, Outlook, Word, Excel, One Drive & File Explorer
• Highly flexible & adaptable with a willingness to complete a wide range of tasks and assignments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Logical thinking and a high level of accuracy with your work
• Excellent organisational skills along with the ability to multi-task and manage a range of tasks and projects with strict deadlines.
• Accountable and trustworthy with the ability to handle highly confidential information and hold it in strict confidence.
• Strongly self-motivated with a high-level of commitment to the role.
• Courteous, positive, polite, accountable, and adaptable
• Prepared to commit to the role for the long term

The working hours are from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
