Brand Associate  

Job Summary

As a Brand Associate, you should be an organized professional who is able to plan, implement and evaluate campaigns of the assigned brand. We also expect you to have a creative mind, excellent communication skills, and has project management abilities to go beyond in achieving brand objectives.

You will be reporting to the Brand Marketing Head and will work with both Marketing Communications, Sales, and Purchasing committees in the development and implementation of campaigns for the brand. You must also be able to cultivate a positive brand image.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to identify market competitors and trends to target customers’ preferences
• Create B2B marketing campaigns for products & services to increase brand awareness and sales performance
• Collaborate with internal teams and maintain open communication with senior management
• Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising
• Ensure strong brand presence across different online and offline channels
• Report the results of marketing campaigns to the Brand Marketing Head
• Participate in organizing promotional events to positively represent the brand and company
• Ensure that all brand-related promotional materials are updated

Minimum Qualifications:

• Candidate must have a bachelor's degree in Marketing & Business Administration, AB Communications or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in handling brands under the medical equipment, real estate, and food & beverages
• Knowledge in B2B distribution channels and marketing campaigns
• Ability to conduct market and competitor analysis
• Adept in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Skills in Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus
• Excellent strategic and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and Filipino
