Accountant - Finance Specialist  

As an Accountant, the employee is expected to prepare balance sheets, profit, and loss statements and other financial reports. The employee will analyze trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments and obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expenses. He/She will report the organization's finances to management and offers suggestions about resource utilization, tax strategies and assumptions underlying budget forecasts.

• Payroll processing
• Analyze, monitor, and record the accounting and finance of the company including general accounting, taxation, accounts payables, accounts
• Process payables for payments and receivables for collections
• File and maintain the completeness of supporting documents
• Attend to bank inquiries regarding check issued
• Prepare and liaise government requirements
• Process all paperwork efficiently and accurately
• Audit financial transactions and documents
• Comply with financial policies and regulations
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
• Ensure timely bank payments
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
• Manage all accounting transactions
• Prepare budget forecasts
• Publish financial statements in time
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary

• 2-year of work experience as an Accountant
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
• Hands-on experience with accounting software
• Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
• Experience with general ledger functions
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
• Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus
