[Quality Control]
- Mengawasi proses QC (In-Process, Final Inspection)
- Memastikan produk sesuai gambar kerja dan standar kualitas
- Mengontrol dan menurunkan defect rate
- Melakukan analisa root cause & corrective action
- Mengawasi dokumentasi QC (checksheet, NCR, laporan defect)
[Warehouse Finish Good]
- Mengontrol akurasi stock & stock opname
- Mengelola sistem FIFO dan alur inbound–outbound
- Mengawasi proses loading dan kesiapan pengiriman
- Menjaga kualitas packaging & kondisi barang
- Mengatur layout gudang agar efektif dan efisien
- Memastikan sistem warehouse berjalan dengan baik
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1
- Pengalaman minimal 3–5 tahun di QC manufaktur (diutamakan furniture)
- Pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun sebagai Leader / Supervisor
- Mengerti furniture modular dan custom
- Terbiasa membaca dan memahami gambar kerja
- Memahami item-item pekerjaan sipil (basic construction knowledge)
- Familiar dengan sistem warehouse (FIFO, stock control, WMS/ERP)
- Memahami alur produksi furniture (cutting hingga packing)
- Mampu memimpin tim dan melakukan problem solving
- Tegas, detail, dan memiliki leadership yang baik
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Cipondoh dan Karawang
