Job Description
- Creates the annual preventive maintenance schedule and plan for all company owned rolling equipment
- Coordinates with the Quality Enhancement group in the establishment of KPIs, monitoring Trackers and manuals of operating procedures for the department
- Prepares the Cost Estimate for every MMG project
- Creates a basic manual that explains how to use the fabricated machines/ equipments for the project, and how to perform preventive maintenance
- Schedules the daily assignments of each team member
- Closely coordinates with the DYM of each yard who is directly responsible for the rolling equipment
- Oversees the actual repair and manufacturing operations and ensures that deadlines are met
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Mechanical Engineering (preferably is board certified).
- Knowledgeable on how to use/operate repair tools and equipment such as a welding machine, cutting outfit, compressor, and hand tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and delegate works to his subordinates
- Knowledgeable in using Google Applications and comfortable with technology
- Must have strong leadership skills and collaborative skills.
- Must have some experience in the use of machines.
- Knowledgeable in using Autocad and Sketchup
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
