Sales Manager  

Sales Manager is responsible for the implementation of the Sales Strategy and Plan within a defined geographic area. The Sales Strategy will consider whether the company can execute the plan independently; what costs will be entailed to execute the plan; how long it will take to see results; establish whether the company has the necessary resources and establish how the results can be measured.

• Directs a sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of sales targets, maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.
• Will also plan, coordinate and control the activities of the customer service team to maintain and enhance customer relationships and meet organizational and operational objectives.
• Develop a sales strategy for the regional market to ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
• Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base within the assigned region.
• Set sales goals and assign the territories that the Account Executives cover.
• Collaborate with his/her team in the development of action plans for the effective generation of sales leads and the conversion of these leads into actual sales.

• Preferably possess a degree in Business Administration or equivalent and professional qualifications in sales are well regarded.
• With at least 5+ years strong work experience in sales and/or logistics.
• With strong organizational skills.
• With above average written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to be relocated anywhere
• Must have a Driver's License (for client meetings)
