Job Description
- Creates and maintains a master file of customer issues
- Immediately communicates the customer’s complaints to the team/s or team member/s concerned
- Ensures that customer issues are resolved by the concerned team/s
- Promptly and regularly updates the trackers based on a pre agreed schedule with the Immediate Head.
- Suggest innovations to the process through actual experience gained while doing the job.
- Handles requests, inquiries and all correspondences pertaining to after-sales or after the units have been leased out.
- Immediately communicates the requests for repair/rescue to Operations
- Sells repair or maintenance service to the clients
- Keep in constant communication with the clients regarding their service requirements and needs.
- Responds promptly to sales leads from various outside or internal sources and provides feedback to the sources.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of any 4 year related course.
- With at least >1 work related experience
- Good oral and written communication skills; comfortable speaking with clients
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Goal-Oriented
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
