Job Description
- Responsible for the Laboratory operation at the related batching plant.
- Produces mix designs tailored to the specifications of the clients.
- Manage laboratory team at the batching plant as well as on sites.
- Assign tasks to his subordinates and evaluate the efficiency of the workers.
- Assist Project Manager to establish, implement and maintain effective quality control measures.
- Ensure that pertinent quality control reports sent to Project Manager are created on a regular basis.
- Organize internal classes of Concrete Technique for QA/QC Dept. and Sales Dept.
- Handle any technical problems encountered on site and performs required adjustments.
- Attends on a regular basis sites during pours.
- Assist Project Manager to establish exemplary working style at all levels to maintain the respect, trust of customers.
- Provides technical assistance to clients and consultants.
- Communicate lab test results to clients through professional reports.
- May perform other duties as necessary or assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Civil Engineering Course, preferably licensed professional
- More than 5 years working in Concrete Mix Design Field
- At least 5 years related work experience
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
