Job Description
- Conduct daily toolbox meeting to operators and drivers regarding new information and concerns on quarry operations.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance Department about the availability of equipment.
- Responsible in administering proper equipment application.
- Provide working programs for operators and drivers not limited to delivery of materials, but also in maintenance of loading areas, safety berms and haul roads for safety purposes.
- Sustain the production requirements of crusher plants.
- Line up in proper matching of mobile equipment to its designated area.
- Supervise the operation and waste stripping at the North Wall and Northeast Wall area.
- Prepare drill site for the next blasting schedule.
- Coordinate with project's authorized personnel about scope of works.
- Monitoring of materials delivered from quarry to designated plant area.
- Continuous monitoring of operation until end of shift.
- Turn over all necessary information to the next shift.
- Reporting and participating in investigation of an incident.
- Recommend operators and drivers for disciplinary actions in violating the rules and regulations of the company.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities that maybe required from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any related Engineering Course, preferably licensed Engineer.
- High level of interpersonal skills and integrity;
- Creative, forward thinker
- Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets
- Ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- A reliable professional who follows organization and department procedures, completes tasks in a timely manner.
