Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a meticulous and goal-oriented Data Entry Specialist who is keen to details, passionate about American popular culture, and is a capable researcher.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- View images and transcribe information of concert and athletic event tickets
- Immediate and quick response to process requests
- Follow data standards while entering information into the system
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of the job
- Ensure all documentation required are prepared and delivered within established deadlines
- Ensure that the requirements of the client’s policies and procedures are implemented and maintained
- Utilize admin platform to research ticket and user data
- Maintain ticket purchases and sales dashboards
- Filter user inquires using customer support dashboard
- Any other task/duty as directed by client/management
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/Associate Degree
- Must have at least a minimum of one to two (1-2) years of working experience in any Customer Service, Admin, or Data Entry position
- Deliver high level of data accuracy and high data entry key stroke
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have strong attention to detail, can work well under pressure
- Organized and systematic in handling multiple tasks
- Has excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to be flexible to changing demands and challenges and exercise initiative
- Amenable to work on Holidays/Weekends
- Amenable to work in shifting schedule (Morning and Nightshift) in Makati
