Job Description
A Email Support Representative interacts with customers and acts as a liaison between customers and companies by providing information to address inquiries regarding products and services.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Check and process all sales orders according to guidelines into the ERP system (Pronto)
- Validate instructions, freight requests, pricing and deals as required
- Advise customers and receive confirmation for any changes to PO pricing
- Advise all backorders to customers
- Use the Freight Exception Report to check and email customers to let them know where the goods are and the ETA for delivery
- Contact various carriers to lodge missing freight queries
- Use the ticketing system (Zendesk) to answer all customers and Sales team queries, including:
- Order administration and tracking, including cancellation, release and allocation
- ETA requests
- SOH requests
- Close all tickets with full resolution
- Ensure all internal follow-up is logged in Zendesk
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree
- At least 3 years of work experience in the related field is required
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and ticketing system
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Contribute to a harmonious working environment and build good working relationships while adhering to policies and procedures
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrate commitment in upholding core values and behavioral standards
- Excellent customer service, problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to be flexible, adaptable and work in fast-paced environment
- Strong command of the English language, both oral and written
- Must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City and must be willing to be assigned in an early morning shift from Monday to Friday
