Job Description
- Configuring and managing servers of different operating systems, such as Linux, including installing, fixing issues, and upgrading while implementing enhancements to them to improve performance and reliability.
- Engineer, implement and monitor security measures for the protection of computer systems, networks and information.
- In addition to providing support for implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT systems, Security Architecture, Hardening OS, they oversee and resolve problems of the server, network devices, storage, and client devices, support IT systems of all end users on a daily basis by monitoring, and troubleshooting. Moreover, engineers diagnose, detect, and resolve other issues.
- Manage and monitor system infrastructure & server performance in datacenter
- Proactively monitor, analyze network performance, managing Firewall, Load balancing, Switching, Router, Jumphost, Qnap to detect and resolve issue
- Able to mounting network, VLANs or segmentation and cabling management
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 Year(s) of proven working experience as a System Security Engineer / System Engineer / Network Engineer / System Administrator or related positions.
- Has excellent understanding of Linux family (ex:CentOS, Ubuntu, Unix).
- Has good knowledge and experience in handling storage management (SAN, NAS, SANswitch).
- Hands on experience with network security and networking technologies and with system, security, and network monitoring tools.
- Hands on experience in security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus software, authentication systems, log management, content filtering.
- Hands on experience in Hardware Security Modul (HSM).
- Hands on experience in load balancing, proxy, HA, clustering, bonding
- Able to operate either one of Monitoring System, IDS, IPS, Syslog, Kibana, Suricata, Zabbix, Elastic, jumphost and VPN
