Job Description

Front-end engineer programs the visible and interactive features of a software that users see, such as animations, text boxes, navigation buttons, games and forums. Front-end engineer works with back-end engineers who process data behind the scenes. Front-end engineer analyzes the needs of clients, and help develop specifications for design and development with managers, marketers and technical staff. They make templates, as well as create pages and applications using such languages as JavaScript, HTML and CSS. With the help of quality assurance staff, Front-end engineer tests the development to ensure it meets all usability requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or relevant field
Hands on experience with markup languages
A track record of projects completed on time
Demonstrated design portfolio and UX sensibilities

Technical Skills :

HTML, JavaScript (Ember, Angular JS, React, etc.), CSS and jQuery
CSS preprocessors like Sass and LESS
Front-end (CSS) frameworks like Foundation or Bootstrap
AJAX
Libraries like jQuery or Backbone.js
Understanding of layout aesthetics
Knowledge of SEO principles
Familiarity with software like Adobe Suite, Photoshop and content management systems
Browser testing and debugging

Noted :

Junior Level : min.1 (one) year experience in the same position or related field.
Mid Level : min. 3 (three) years experience in the same position or related field.
Senior Level : min. 5 (five) years experience in the same position or related field.
