System Analyst  

Business Analysis

• Gather project briefings from business development
• Conduct requirement gatherings based from the briefings, direct interview with clients, or perform independent research
• Make the system's features mindmap
• Create a system architecture overview (including both software and hardware aspects)
• Determine the main business processes in the system and draw flowcharts
• Determine the estimated effort (in mandays) along with the timeline of development
• Determine the technologies stack used in the system development
• Create proper minutes of meetings and suggestions about development approach in the analysis document
• Explain to the designer in order to making a design prototype (this task could be done by drawing wireframe)
• Help the developer team by providing proof of concept

System Analysis and Design

• Perform requirement gathering sessions with client after the official project is running
• Support MoM document creation based on the results of requirement gathering
• Assist project manager in the making of FSD and TSD documents
• Create database schema in the form of CDM
• Briefing the developer team regarding how the system will be made
• Assist the developer team on project running phase, especially explaining system details

• Bachelor Degree in Informatics Engineering / Information Systems / Computer Science
• Have the knowledge and comprehend on how IT projects is done
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Having experience as a full-stack developer is a plus
• Have a good logical and analytical thinking skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Able to work mobile (move places)
• Have a professional and attractive appearance
• 1 month training in Malang
• Placement in DOT Jakarta
