Job Description
Processes collections and disbursements for E&L group and affiliates and responsible for maintaining related reports.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Disbursement processing and collection monitoring
- Responsible for the payment processing for the Group
- Closely coordinates with credit and collections and other departments for the regular collection of the group
- Processes payment preparation and disbursement
- Reports, Documentation and Reconciliation Facilitation
- Ensures that monitoring schedules and cash flow for the group is updated on a regular basis.
- Monitors, consolidates, and files all documents related to all payments
- Bank Reconciliation
- Performs reconciliation for all of the group's bank accounts
- Performing other related functions such as:
- Verification of daily bank balances
- Transmittal of APV’s, disbursements, and receipts
- Assist in the documentation of new procedures and/or updating of existing procedures of th department
- Performing other tasks as may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Graduate of Accounting and/or Banking and Finance
- Willing to work in Antipolo City
