Job Description

The Customer support and data sourcing specialist role is determined to help customers and has a keen problem solving skills. Ideally, someone who is eager to learn and master how the client tool functions and act as the first level of support by responding to customer queries related to the tool. +/-30% of the time of the specialist is data sourcing which is to find contact information and keep the CRM clean.

  • First to respond to all queries and engage with customers primarily via email Collaborate with other internal departments to find the answers needed
  • Have a detailed understanding of the client solution to be able to assist with incoming customer queries
  • Source for contact information based on specific sales and marketing requests (Company name,target,industry etc. using mainly Google and LinkedIn)
  • Assist to keep the CRM clean (update contact and company information, manage inbounds contacts, clean social media connections)

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree of Business/Marketing/Communication/Analytics
  • Must be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in a support role is considered as an advantage
  • Experience with a CRM Program (HubSpot or other) and/or Zendesk is a plus
  • Capable to carry out research and analytics based task
  • Must be able to speak with a customer as a first level support
  • Must have high attention to detail and effective prioritising skills
  • Customer and quality oriented attitude
  • Ability to work well in an international team environment
  • Willing to work in an evening schedule to support European customers
