1. Financial / Transaction Recording and Management
- Financial Assurance for timely and accurate recording of transactions
- Tracks financial recording compliance of business units and third party partners based on set service level agreements (SLA)
- Receives the documents for payment and for posting from other departments
- Submits the documents to Accounting Manager for approval
2. Comprehensive Financial and Statutory Reports
- Reviews and authorizes accounting entries related to fund accounting
- Reviews prices of stocks and bonds uploaded to system
- Reviews portfolio reports, cashflow and other financial reports related to funds
- Performs monthly analysis of assigned general ledger accounts
- Performs monthly bank reconciliation
- Assists in the preparation of SEC reports (17Qs and 17As)
- Coordinates any discrepancy noted and necessary adjustments to concerned departments
- Forwards the account details to the Accounting Manager for review and verification
- Ensures proper filing of all accounting and statutory documents
- Other tasks assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Banking, Finance or any business related course
- Familiar with MS Excel especially in generating financial reports
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
