Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance & repair of all equipment for the assigned facility in accordance with company equipment standard
- Plan & schedule the preventive maintenance of all construction project equipment.
- Monitor Daily Equipment status and equipment supplies.
- Monitor the performance of all mechanic on site.
- Monitor the condition of equipment.
- Inspect all the equipment & identifies the equipment is in good condition.
- Supervision of all heavy equipment.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualification:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): technical skills, can handle a team, knowledge in maintenance planning
- Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
- Computer Literate
- With good moral character;
- Trustworthy;
- With a minimum of 2 years experience as supervisor;
- Willing to be assigned in Las Piñas
