Job Description
- Oversees and monitors the progress of all project executions through assigned Project Managers
- Trains Project Managers with mentoring sessions, project management, workshop, and workflow/pipeline training
- Make sure that all KPIs and deliverables are executed in the best possible manner by the Project Managers and internal/external stakeholders
- Works with the other Department Heads in setting up process or systems that can improve the execution workflow of the Project Management department
- Develops and directs the strategic planning of multiple projects
- Creates strategies and objectives with the goal of developing budgets/policies/procedures that will support the company's infrastructre
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have at least five years experience
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Experienced in handling multimedia, ATL, BTL, digital and on-ground executions related to advertising and marketing
- Has an extensive network of suppliers, talents, and third party service providers that can cater to our project-based needs
- Has an experience in training and mentoring employees with company policies, training workshops, et.al
- Has extensive experience in crafting and checking project budgets, while also being aware of the latest taxation schemes of BIR
- Has sufficient knowledge in preparing booking agreements and contracts that will be used by the Project Management Team
