Job Description
Office Management
- Proactively services and coordinates team office needs such as supplies inventory and replenishment
- Custodian of Edukasyon.ph property such as office key cards, equipment, and office supplies
- Issues company property to employees
- Labels, secures and organizes Edukasyon.ph property
- Initiates the creation and implementation of office procedures for process efficiency
- Ensures the cleanliness and safety of the work environment
- Sources for and coordinates with various suppliers to address company needs
- Develops and maintains company asset register; issues asset accountability forms and collects company assets from separated employees
- Supervises and coordinates tasks of company messenger
- Supports management in ensuring compliance with existing governmental requirements; keeps corporate documents under lock and key
- Handles petty cash funds expenditure related to administration and office management
- Ensures effective operations resource presence in the company
- Creates weekly company newsletter
- Responds to employee requests in a timely manner
- Provides the appropriate software to employees when requested
- Reserves meeting rooms for employees
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Office Management or equivalent
- Knowledge and experience in project management
- Excellence in time management and prioritization
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Organized and keen to detail
- Creates cost-effective strategies
- High sense of ownership and accountability
- Sense of integrity at work at all times
- Competent in research and initiatives
